FATHER AND CHILD'S RIGHTS MOVEMENT
An atrocity is occurring in this state and across the nation. The basic civil rights of father and children are being violated. I intend to change this with your help! The increasing divorce rate over the past thirty years has overwhelmed the family court system. Laws relating to divorce and family law do not provide adequate visitation and enforcement when visitation is withheld. Often, visitation is used by the non-custodial parent as a means of extorting a more favorable settlement. We believe in shared parenting and the necessity for both parents to be equally involved in the child's life. This is essentially for the child's growth and development.
We also believe that the formula for calculating child support needs to be revisited. These calculations need to be based on sound economic data relating to the expense of raising a child. Child support should never place the parent under excessive hardship; thereby, preventing the parent from being able to provide for the child's future. Shared parenting would solve this dilemma by distributing the financial responsibility equally between both parents. Help us make a difference for the sake of the children and join our cause!
The Plan
1. Create an organization to provide support to fathers and their children.
2. Lobby for new legislation and election of governmental officials.
3. Work with national women’s rights and father’s rights groups.
4. Educate ourselves and the public on issues.
5. Promote good fathering.
ACT NOW!!!! YOU HAVE THE POWER TO MAKE A CHANGE!!!
IT'S IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILDREN
